Julian Dean 4th in Digne sprint!

Lighting up the final ‘transition’ stage before the Tour heads back into the mountains, Julian Dean finished 4th in the final sprint into Digne-les-Bains. Kiwi Guy has managed to line up a series of top ten finishes in the past week but today was by far his best.

Also animating the stage was Will Frischkorn who was part of a short-lived 21-man break. While off the front, Will grabbed a second place finish in the first sprint in Saint Remy.

There were no major changes to the overall classification; though tomorrow’s bumpier stage should shake up the GC a bit.
