2009 will be a big year for the young and talented Land Rover-ORBEA squad as they enter the domestic pro circuit. A joint partnership between automotive giant Land Rover and bicycle manufacture ORBEA, has allowed this squad to make the leap from regional to pro in 2009. With this leap, the Land Rover-ORBEA squad looks forward in bringing its own sense of community service to the cities in which it travels too by visiting children’s hospitals and handing out LIVESTRONG wristbands. For eight years this team has been raising funds and awareness for the Lance Armstrong foundation, while developing promising young talented athletes into the next generation pro cyclist. Look for this squad to deliver a positive presence both on and off the bike.
